Owner & Pastry Chef Paola has been baking since she was sixteen — first in a small town in Calabria, learning from the kind of bakers who don’t need recipes. Then in Chicago, where she built on those traditions, bringing old-world techniques to a new home. That’s what makes our bakery different.
